Golf Vacations To Florida
We were a group of ten- consisting of two families. There was a good mix of children, teenagers and the middle-aged human. We knew golf holidays to Florida with this group would go beyond just having to shop golf equipment. The golf holidays to Florida would need careful consideration and meticulous detailing and we were ready for some challenge.
I have been on golf holidays to many places before but these were normally as part of my seminar trip and therefore I did not have to slog out the details. Merely other major trip I have planned was a trip to Hawaii with my family and since it was not one of the golf holidays to some unfamiliar place, I did not have to be anxious about what my kids would do when my wife and I went golfing! Thankfully for us, we were being joined by another family for the tour. Pete and Martha have been my friends since my school days and Pete shared my enthusiasm for golf. Pete had gone on golf holidays to other places before but usually they were disasters because his family was trapped, having nothing to do while he went off golfing. So most of the times he would have to sacrifice his golf to keep his family amused.
With our assorted experiences, we decided that when we plan our golf holidays to Florida, we would do it in such a manner that no one would feel bored and we would have our share of golf too.
We may not have opted for golf holidays to a better place! We stayed at a villa that had more than adequate room for a group of ten. We had our privacy. There were 3 bathrooms plus a spa. What excited my little daughter was the well-maintained swimming pool.
Since Martha was not interested in golf, she, with the big kids, was in-charge of the rest of the group. There were some wonderful places to go shopping and Martha and the kids-children were kept busy while we set to playing some serious golf. My wife had a minor injury and so could not play golf the next day. But there was never a dull moment as we enjoyed the golf holidays to Florida. There is an amusement park close by and the ladies and kids ready for the park the next day. They had so much fun that they did not miss us one bit!
Our golf holidays to Florida were some of the best days of my life. We plan to go on golf holidays to different places each year now. My eldest daughter is showing a lot of interest in golf, so we will have to shop golf equipment for her soon. She can join us in the golf course when we go on golf holidays to any place next time.
